La Mishquina - Iquitos

Delicious local cuisine, highly recommended! I came with friends after a 3-day adventure in the Amazon, I wasn't even hungry, but my friend ordered me this court. I finished every last piece of it! If you are in Iquitos or over, you will definitely fall in!

Had the menu. First course a salad of cooked vegetables, second a regional fish dish, wrap in banana leaves, crushed in chopped onios and tomatoes and then roasted. Accompanied by lubricated and fried plantains, which were served with a chopped mixture of onions and star fruit, all immersed in lime juice. All an obvious attempt at a higher cooking level.

Very different from all other restaurants in Iquitos, a variety of lunch available, all excellent.

Best jungle food ever! This restaurant is not crowded coz it is not located in the main square or near to the river but it's worth it to go there, the food is really delicious, the portions are really big and the cookers are really nice! Best jungle food in Iquitos!
