another fantastic evening in the rose yesterday evening was eating delicious (loving the new fajitas! and the atmosphere as always warm and welcoming: the perfect place to “the haare down” for a few hours for a double birthday party. Great food and a good selection of drinks the land lady was friendly, attentive and helpful.
2nd visit now, great food and staff, will definitely go again
Went for the car meet and didn't really know what to expect but happy to say it was a truly lovely experience. The staff were outstanding, polite, happy and very kind, even though they were incredibly busy (340ish cars at the meet alone), we didn't wait long at the bar, the food arrived quickly and was delicious. Perfect chips! The toilets were as clean at the end of the night as they were when I arrived at 5.30.
Went along for the car meet. Great cars and great BBQ.
The best great eating great personal loves it. many events with live music best pub on the half island
