The drinks are always reasonable (you can taste the alcohol in cocktails unlike in an Ipswich nightclub now closed! Went at Xmas I liked the music (mixed , the fact you could dance or sit down Door staff always seemed very friendly to me.

As a solo female, I felt vulnerable when he forcefully pushed the door open and insisted on searching me. Regardless of his position, entering a female restroom is never acceptable. Just because he has a security badge does not guarantee safety. It's frightening to think what could have happened if I had been undressed when he barged in. This bar's lack of professionalism and respect for privacy is alarming. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. The security guard's behavior, confidently entering a female restroom without cause, is unacceptable. Women's restrooms are meant for women only, and this bar should be ashamed of allowing such actions to occur.

Staff were great at keeping everyone's drinks flowing. Entertainment excellent got everyone up and dancing. Food was mediocre but edible. Fortunately the rest of the experience made up for it. Would definitely do it again. Well done to the staff who worked hard to keep the drinks coming
