Ordered my food via the restaurant website. Due to staying at a hotel, I telephoned the restaurant straight away, to confirm they knew of my location. The restaurant confirmed my address, and said the food would be delivered to my hotel in less than 45 minutes. One hour later, I still hadn’t received my order. I telephoned the restaurant and the gentleman on the other end said that the driver was on his way to me. Another hour passed, and still my food hadn’t arrived. Just over two hours after I’d initially ordered my food, it finally arrived. The food was cold. The chips were limp/soggy. The burger was dry. I telephoned the restaurant and explained that I couldn’t eat the food they had delivered, and that I wanted a refund. I offered for the restaurant to come back out and to collect the food, should they wish. The restaurant manager mustered up numerous excuses as to why the food arrived looking as it did. I wasn’t backing down on the refund request, and so he started becoming verbally aggressive towards me. He eventually put the phone down, having reused to refund me, despite admitting that the chips were in fact soggy (his reason for this, being that you won’t get crispy chips if they are placed into a delivery box). A few minutes later, I called the restaurant back, to ask why we had got cut off. Again, the manager stated that he wasn’t going to refund me, and then he terminated the call. The food ended up in the bin, and due to how long the order had taken to reach me, it was by this point too late to order something from somewhere else. Avoid this establishment!!!!
New to the area was trying things out, the first time I went in I couldn’t fault them, HOWEVER, the second time I went in I ordered the same thing plus a chef’s recommendation and the person taking the order took it down incorrectly. I got home and called them to let them know about the error. They informed me they had given me everything I had paid for which completely misses the point that the order was taken incorrectly. After this I basically got told to f**k off. Terrible service and a hour later the issue was not resolved even after offering to pay for the item that was missing. The food is above average but the service completely ruins everything else. TERRIBLE
Ordered a takeaway for fathers day, the delivery was speedy, portions were generous, very good value and food was delicious. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic. It's the best I've had in the area. Our order was delivered hot and on time. I highly recommend this place to everyone. They were accommodating to our request for a mildly spicy jalfrezi.
