Came for breakfast with santa and was greeted by a lovely waitress, breakfast was served pretty quickly, but my daughters pancakes had so much syrup on they were soggy so she didn't like them. My husband had the ultimate breakfast and I had the classic breakfast, the sausages were a bit rubbery and the egg was overdone but we pressed on. Myself and 2 friends visited today for lunch to celebrate a birthday. Our server Jackie was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much and she went out of her way to make us feel welcome, despite being super busy. Jackie is a legend and a real credit to the restaurant. I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

I met up with some friends at this restaurant tonight and I must say, the service was outstanding. Jackie was very attentive and it felt like she could anticipate our needs before we even mentioned them. I'm already looking forward to coming back.
I recently dined at Harvaster in Ravensworth and had a wonderful meal. Jackie provided exceptional service and truly went above and beyond to enhance our family dining experience.
