Brought 2 small battered sausages, 1 small chips and a can of drink, £6.90 gave the change to charity. Got home, missing a sausage. Sons crying, won't be coming back!
I was disappointed with the portion size of the chips, which was supposed to be large. When Paul ran this chip shop, there was a generous amount, but now it has been almost halved. The cod tasted fine but was priced steeply. I do not plan on returning anytime soon.
Possibly one of the best chips shops in the area. Over the last few years the new owners have taken control and delivery a friendly service, always cooking fresh food that they care about. We go there every week or so with the family and it’s constantly good.
Great chippy. The food is always prepared in front of you and the chips are never greesy which is a must! Definitely would recommend, portion sizes are also really generous!!
