Sweet potato cakes made a great side and were stuffed with other veggies for a varied bite. Crab cakes had a great mixture of crab and spices, very similar to what you'd get in a restaurant on the Chesapeake. Both fully cooked already so all you need to worry about is reheating enough--so easy and only took a few mins. Clear instructions on both packages.
