And their beef brisket noodle soup isn’t just a dish; it’s an institution! Tender brisket, soft radish, flavourful broth, and silky noodles — simple, honest, and absolutely unforgettable. Not many F&B businesses can survive, let alone thrive, on just one signature dish for over 30+ years. Sin Lean Lee is one of the few remaining icons in Ipoh, and it’s a treasure. And I have to give a special shout-out to the kopi peng — it’s so good I always have two with my meal and one more to go. That’s right, three coffees per visit, and no regrets! It’s not just the food or drinks — it’s the people, the atmosphere, the history. This is the kind of old-school eatery that reminds you why we keep coming back. Highly, highly recommended.
