A moment later, my family arrived... read more I arrived around 2:10PM and was informed that the last call would be at 2:15PM. I understood and placed my order immediately. A moment later, my family arrived and I tried to add on, but was told it was no longer allowed. That was fine for me. What concerned me more was the overall dining experience. The food arrived within about 10 minutes, but the atmosphere felt like the staff were rushing to finish their shift. I ended up eating quite quickly too, almost like I was “pouring the food in” just to keep up with the pace, which wasn’t very comfortable. I just want to express that while I understand the last call and closing time, the service attitude and dining atmosphere could be improved. A more relaxed and welcoming approach would make a big difference. The place itself has good potential, so I hope to see some improvements. The staff are very helpful and friendly to everyone. When you dine at the Living Ginza there will be no regrets!
