I... read more Finally tasted historical type of tasty Vinegar Pork Knuckle in this Classic Dining. It was something that lost touch from my grandma cooking since I was kid. If you never had this bowl of goodness before, this bowl of deep brown looking soft and succulent pork knuckle flavored with gingery sweet vinegar is really irresistibly good. Deliciously, I must say, it's soft, flavourful and melt-in-your-mouth piece of pig knuckle. Well done Classic Dining. Thanks to Mr AK Woo's invitation.
