Like everyone else is saying. The staff need serious training here. I walked in smiling and left 5mins later so angry!! I asked for a table, she walked on ahead hardly acknowledging me at all. Very rude start... I sat down and was given the normal menu, when outside it advertises special menu during these hours. I had to physically ask for that as they 'd rather I paid full prices I suppose. Now I 'm told If i was to use the special menu i have to use cash??? What difference does that make whether I use cash or card depending on what food I choose??? One last chance and I 'm not coming back... I sigh and ask politely, Where is the nearest cash point? She says outside and makes some hand gesture. Disgraceful and it 's no wonder this place has worse reviews than McDonalds. Needs a complete restart and extensive training for the very inconsiderate, rude untrained staff here! Walk a little further to China town, where there is plenty of great restaurants.

Arrived late in the evening as I am staying in Manchester for the night had been to the theatre and saw that this place was the only chinese restaurant on my way back to my hotel. I normally wait a few days to leave reviews but I had to get this on the system asap! I cannot believe I just paid nearly £16 for such substandard goods! The staff were helpful despite the language barrier making ordering something a little off menu though virtually identical to other dishes of the same style a little difficult) and the food came out surprisingly fast not necessarily always a good sign) which I then brought back to my hotel. I ordered two simple, common dishes salt and pepper chicken and chicken fried rice. I am not sure the chicken is fully cooked in either dish as both are soggy and almost slimy with 'beigeness ' and whilst the actual rice has a nice typical flavour, The s&p was mediocre in flavour at best and had no crisp bite youd expect from such a dish. I won 't be returning to Manchester any time soon unfortunately; as I have had a lovely evening) which makes me more determined to ensure no one else wastes their time or money at such an unimpressive establishment if they are in the same situation as I. Shame really, as I had high hopes from the look of the outside. Don 't be deceived. Stay away! Edit: To add insult to injury. About an hour after eating really not very much of) this I seem to have food poisoning. My body wants this out of my system asap.. helpful when I have a conference to attend in the morning... Again. Avoid at all costs if you value your money, your tummy or great Asian cuisine. Massive disappointment. :

Staff is down right rude, the food was decent and the price was decent. However, the staff were rude and racist. They did not serve us properly and through dishes on our tables, refused us to pay by card

I'm not surprised to see all the other negative reviews. Last night I went as a group of 6 to this restaurant at around 9 pm, the restaurant was quite at the time whereas the next door restaurants were still busy (they're all full so we had to go to this one). We ordered a spicy chicken but something out of our expectation came, tho its technically chicken and spicy, but the way they cook it is not authentic at all. We got hold of a waiter and she don't know how to respond to it so someone like a manager came and said that it, that's what you ordered, we asked should it not deep fried chicken instead of just sauce in it. Actually although it taste weird and out of expectation, we'd accept the dish if the manager had a better attitude. What we've experience is really disappointing and I will never go again.

Worst Chinese dinner in my life! This place is disgrace. Food was absolutely disgusting, gummy jelly fish and chicken in tasteless sauces. Staff without elementary customer service skills, waiter was talking to us with mouth full of food. It was horrible! Toilets first was dirty with somebodies number 2 and in second toilet paper was missing. Never, never again.
