I have been going to this Wendy's location for years and today was the worst service I've had in a while, didn't give me all the food I ordered and had to go back around to get what they didn't put in the bag, after I got home and passed out the food my son found a hair in his fries and nuggets, this is disgusting and unprofessional. What Don Weirather doesn't like about Wendy's:
Went through drive through. Computer voice didn't give time to get the order. Went to 1st window and asked to repeat order. It was wrong. Told the guy what we wanted. Went to second paid and got our food and when we got home and opened the bag. It was wrong. View all feedback.
Wendy's always has good food. Staff were friendly and had our order out quickly.
The lady on speaker took our order, she said computer would get it wrong. I thanked her. I gave her our order. Service was good. Time for food was good. Customer service good. We went home ate our meal. This is why I gave 3 star. My husband ordered a baked potato with his meal with bacon and cheese, he wasn't able to eat it, the potato went bad, Wendy's please make sure you're keeping your potatoes up to date.

I recently visited Wendy 's drive-through and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon reaching the window to collect my order, I was taken aback by the appalling behavior of the employee. Not only did they toss my food towards me in a careless manner, but they also slammed the window shut abruptly, only to reopen it with a rude exclamation to "have a great day. "What made this encounter particularly unpleasant was the disrespectful attitude displayed by the employee, who happened to be a male with long hair. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for basic customer service etiquette was truly disappointing.As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit to Wendy 's. Such behavior reflects poorly on the restaurant and undermines the positive reputation that Wendy 's strives to maintain.In conclusion, I hope that Wendy 's takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar experiences in the future. Improving customer service standards should be a priority for any establishment, and I trust that Wendy 's will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation.
Best Wendy’s ever bar none! Hot food, cold drinks, super friendly and apologetic for minimal delay! I’m so in love ?Dietary restrictions: I have an allergy to lettuce and onions. They literally changed their gloves just to make my sandwich without possible contamination!
