Staff can be a tad rude sometimes! It also depends who makes your drink if it's good. Troy Starbucks is way more consistent, if your traveling go there. I live in piqua and sometimes go to troy because it's better.

This particular Starbucks does get busy. The menu is good, the service is good. If you sit under a speaker the music is really loud.

Store looked very clean and well kept. The service was veeery slow for the number of employees. It seemed like they might have been training one employee. For the six employees in the store it still really shouldn’t have take as long as it did to get drinks out to customers. Some of the employees were standing around doing tasks very slowly. The girl training made my drinks and they didn’t taste how they usually do. I ordered a blonde vanilla late and it was definitely not blonde shots. I should’ve been able to tell from the color so that’s my bad for not noticing before leaving. My other drink was ok, but both did taste sweeter than normal.overall drinks were not good, service was slow, store was clean.

Waited half an hour for a plain coffee and a hot tea. The restrooms were very dirty.
