What Lauren Lee doesn't like about Starbucks:
Ordered a Caramel Macchiato with Cold Foam asked if they could make it with salted caramel. Got what was labeled a “Caramel Macchiato” with Mocha and Hazlenut…. and absolutely no caramel or caramel drizzle. I’m not even sure how that’s physically possibly, but absolutely no positive customer service either. View all feedback.
So disappointed in this service. I asked for a chai tea and got regular tea. So ghetto and lazy!!!!Shame on me for not checking it first. Never had problems with any other Starbucks?????
Stood in line, cashier was pleasant but airline employee and a Starbucks employee stood at the order pickup counter heckling taking about other customers. Extremely unprofessional will not be stopping to spend my money in the airport on any other trips in/out of Columbus Airport in the future. Bad representation of Starbucks and Columbus in general. 12/13/22 6:52am

Ordered an iced latte with oat milk, one pump vanilla, and light ice and they made that correctly, quickly, and at a fair price! Great service! Will be there next time I'm flying in
