What Abby Moore doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Just left the drive through paying $15 only to not get what I ordered and the staff have no idea what’s going on. I paid, they handed my drink. Then a very small bag. I asked where the meal was and they had to talk to each other, then ask me what I ordered. Totally clueless and they still managed to mess up my order after I told them what I got. Cleaning team needs to be changed. I was there for dine-in and trying to use the restroom. The guys were cleaning it and were still cleaning it for an hour. They needs to be replaced in place like McDolands.

Went through drive thru got what I ordered on time was delicious breakfast. Went in to use restroom was fairly clean the soap dispenser had fallen and was left on counter when I got in there. There were spring decor and live plants was surprised how clean and pretty everything was. Lady who took our order was girl who cashed us out and was sweet. Parking: At least 15 possibly more up to 30
The service was terrible. We went inside and they refused to take orders at the register and didn't tell anyone in line to use the machine. There were a bunch of dirty tables and nobody wiped anything down the half hour we were there. After waiting for 10 minutes we flagged someone down and interpreted that they lost our order. I say interpret because the employee who came up to us spoke very broken English and kept talking to us in Spanish without trying to get someone else. When we got our food it was missing sauce and straws. We went back and he gave us the wrong sauce (spicy mustard. After exchanging the sauce he gave us another spicy mustard. The food itself was ok so there are worse McDonald's, but the service was TERRIBLE. I get that English isn't everyone's first language, but perhaps you shouldn't put someone who can't effectively communicate with customers on the Sunday afternoon register shift.
Waited in the drive through until 509 and no one took my order when the store clearly listed it open at 5
