TERRIBLE service.Unfortunately, my colleagues and I didnt get a chance to dine Max Erma 's. We arrived at the restaurant on 20NOV2019 approximately 7 pm. I and the colleagues are on temporary assignment in the area for the next couple of years and thought it would be nice to begin looking at restaurants. I remembered going to the restaurant many years ago and convinced the group this was the spot...... However, upon arrival no one greeted us at the door. We saw a few other guests waiting but figured someone would come to greet us soon. Disappoiinted noone ever came... I then walked over to a waitress I saw was setting up a area for a large party I asked is this open seating or is there a hostess available? ... is there a wait? She to also observed that there was no hostess at the stand and said well they 're obviously must be a line and there is a wait so you will have to wait .... of course I am thinking how rude... I did not realize that on the other side of the wall that were additonal patrons waiting. Wow.... I returned to the wait at the host stand and for an additional 10 minutes and no one came. At this point, I began to ask others around me how long have they been waiting for a table and to my dismay people were quoting times of 30 and 40 minutes. Keep iIn mind that there were approximately 12 to 15 empty tables with no one sitting there yet there were 10 to 15 individuals waiting outside for a table???? As two other parties came in afterwards and joined the conversation we all decided to leave and dine elsewhere...So that was approximately 20 individuals! It is hard for me to understand how a restaurant establishment at a hotel can be so short staff and have the worst customer service ever. especially on a Wednesday night when most people go out to eat in the business community for a mid week break not to mention the poor quality and service and attitude of the wait staff. We will not return and think you should consider options before paying to park and waiting and receiving such rude service. #options #badservice #goeatsomewhereelse #FoodDaddy

Service was so incredibly slow and the food tasted pretty bad.

Surprisingly fast service for downtown during Lunch. Order was spot on. Good vegetarian choices.
