I used to frequent Polaris for Krispy Kreme, but unfortunately, the service and attitudes have significantly declined. Now, I have switched to the Krispy Kreme in Dublin. Today, the staff at the restaurant exhibited absolutely unacceptable behavior. I went there specifically for the eclipse donuts, but they failed to block off the drive-thru or put up a sign. As a result, there were cars in line, giving the impression that the drive-thru was open. Despite honking and yelling for several minutes, no staff members came to assist at the drive-thru.
