Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is consistently the worst Chipotle around. I always order online for pickup and the order is wrong (missing entrees, etc) more than it is correct (and I always tip the staff). They’re frequently out of staples (rice, cheese, chips) and when you ask for a refund for the items that you ordered and they don’t have, they seem surprised. Tonight, the meat in the bowl that I ordered 5 minutes before I picked it up was ice cold. Corporate needs to get involved with this location and find out why it can’t seem to get its act together.

Chipotle has been mid at best recently but this one is horrible. I went in today and they didn't have steak, fajitas, al pastor chicken, tomato salsa, corn salsa, and they didn't even have lids for the bowls? It's never clean and never consistent.

They want to much money for the little rice and meat you get and then have to pay for extra

Every time I order online pickup they jip me on burrito/bowl size, even if you ask for extra rice. They give me a good size portion when ordering at the store but I don’t like the sneakiness from Chipotle. Have had this happen at other locations as well, I guess I’ll stop using the app and ordering online.

Came for a bowl and a burrito, they had 1 person in line waited 10-12min to take my order. Offered items to then tell me they didn't have. Explained I just wanted bowl and burrito, mentioned what's needed for first then second order, the staff member wanted to go back and forth on both orders, and kept making mistakes and messing up the orders.. (again, no rush only customer) to make matters worse whatever they mixed into my gf bowl caused her to have allergic reaction or something with food caused her to get sick after eating..This location is always a gamble, Don't eat here if you are allergic as you're rolling the dice just go to any other chipotle or business.
