From the moment I inquired about placing a custom cookie order all the way to delivery, Fate Cakes provided impeccable service. The talented team created a custom cookie order that not only looked beautiful, but tasted amazing as well! I love how they allow you to order any amount (after your first dozen) of cookies instead of by the dozen(s). My communication with Fate Cakes was done via text. I do love a good phone call, but for this type of thing texting is preferred. It's the perfect way to show your picture ideas and be as specific as possible. And the best part!? Free delivery with a handwritten note. This southern girl values handwritten thank you's, so what a pleasant surprise this was! Thank you, Fate Cakes for your attention to detail and incredible customer service. You know how it's done and you DO IT WELL! Kudos!

Great customer service experience, Marie is great to work with. Our cake was beautiful, reasonably priced and delicious. We will definitely get cakes here again! The best buttercream I've ever had.

It's nice having a brick and mortar location to come get Fate Cake's cookies. When done to my personal likeness EXTRA SOFT AND GOOEY*, it'll be nice to not have to drive all the way to Linworth for a sweet treat! *I should explain: I first stopped at HTH Market for Fate's cookies, as I saw on her IG she delivers there. My stop was not planned, but I was absolutely elated when I saw several of their cookes soft and gooey, lined up on the side counter. They were so unbelievably soft, morsels of pure joy. Assuming that's the standard MO, I ordered some of her cookies for a pick up date at the same farmers market. However, those cookies were not very gooey and soft, as my firsts. I was a bit bummed, but decided to not give up. Thus, this third FC encounter came to be. I haven't tried Marie's cupcakes, cakes or cheesecakes (freaking CCCs keep drawing me in hook, line and sinker), but if their anything like her cookies, I don't doubt the quality. On top of the tasty sweets, Marie is a pleasant gal, animated, and a bomb ass baker! Congrats on the new space, FC!!

This is the second time we used Fate Cakes for our grandson's birthday cake. And again, they did not disappoint! The ordering process was easy, they were very responsive to any texts I sent, and so friendly. The cake was exactly what we asked for and it was delicious!! We will be using them for all our events and birthdays.

Best cake I have ever had! I love Fate Cakes! There is a wide array of products, cakes, cupcakes, buckeyes, pastries, etc. The customer service is always fantastic. Marie runs a business that really cares about the products, and their customers. Definitely recommend, you will not be disappointed!!
