Great idea to put a bistro in Nordstrom's! Very friendly staff, food is great tasting, reasonable prices and overall a very fancy bistro. Great seating as well! So I’ve heard good things about Cafe Bistro’s lunch. So we decided to go as a a large group for their Christmas Breakfast special. The bottom line was that it was awful. They had three main courses, one of which they ran out of by 9.30 am. The veggie frittata was decent (I’ve had better in other places), the scrambled eggs were dry and poorly seasoned.
