They doubled the meat!!! Prices didn't increase that much. Apparently they offer a small bowl of noodles for kids, which is standard for pho restaurants. Been going there for years and i never knew that. View all feedback.
What Joanna Krüger doesn't like about Boiling Point In Irv:
There’s literally no service at all. I asked for napkins and they didn't give it to me, I waved to pay more than twice and no waiter looked at me. I had to go to the front desk to pay. I tipped five dollars. View all feedback.
It’s first shove first serve. You’re forced to check in on the kiosk and wait in line but as long as you go right up to the host they’ll seat you immediately regardless of how long others have waited or are directly seated in front of them. They might as well get rid of the kiosk and text system all together
Qi Sanxiao, is yours the only one in the world that has hot pot? What the hell is the attitude of the clerk? The clerk’s training needs to be improved a lot (Chinese male clerk) If you want to eat until you’re angry, you’re welcome to take the challenge. The food is okay.
Worst service ever. Apparently they don’t know how to serve their customer. Don’t come to this place if you’re ready for bad attitude. There’s somewhere else deserve your money.
Really mediocre hot pot, the broth tastes like water and has no flavor. I kept having to dip the meat in chili oil cause it was so bland.
I was speechless. I ordered takeout. The beef inside was not even defrosted. It was just a whole piece of meat sandwiched with ice. . . . . Lightning protection
