They were clearly prioritizing the pickup orders over those of us that were waiting in the foyer it was nice that she offered me coffee for the wait but then they charged me for it how do you give someone something to appease them for inconvenience then charge them? View all feedback.
Need new managers who don't play favoritetism with employees
Pros: The young lady Salia (sp? was very kind on the phone as well as when I picked up. She's always pleasant ?VERY BIG CON: (The food here is normally great! I ordered biscuits and gravy, and the biscuits were like actual bricks. These are definitely from yesterday. I can not imagine biscuits made this morning being this hard.
Long wait, food cold, bacon burnt, Tried it again after previous bad experience with what appeared to be a crack head on the front line bouncing around like jelly bean...very dissatisfied
The employees were friendly and the service was great. The food was great.
Food was delicious, the grits were not too tasty and kind of pricey for a bowl of grits, but we enjoyed.
