Casey's - Iowa Falls

I ordered a pizza almost a week ago. It was so under cooked and looks like they had sprayed it down with oil. It's a taco pizza,bathed in oil and under raw,no response from the store or corporate, they said there was a issue with there top oven! Well then why did you take my money,send it to me knowing it's disgusting and then not refund me or reply??? Buying elsewhere now

I ordered from North Casey's and they messed up my pizza and they didn't care, she just gave me attitude. I didn't pay for it . We went to central instead because they do an amazing job on my food and care (definitely didn't want to drive farther away but we wanted pizza Not sure of there names but the guy at the register was VERY sweet and even apologized that I went threw that at North Caseys , very kind he is! The guy who made my pizza actually made it RIGHT! it was beautiful and even threw in free cheese sticks because we had to wait . Give those 2 guys 10 stars EACH : 11/26/2022 is when this happened The food was AMAZING

People are very nice, but the store needs maintenance/upgrades!

Had ordered 2 subs and a wrap to pick up thru the Casey's app. When I went it at the time the app said pick up would be, I gave them my name and they were like...oh we don't have anything for you here, and I said well you better, I ordered on the app and have the confirmation right here. So then It took all 3 of them to go look and after 5 minutes they were like um we didn't know this order even came in, but give us 5 minutes and we can get it made. So I said ok, fine.. the guy working making pizzas walked off and went to the bathroom for 30 minutes which left 2 young girls working,one on pizzas and cash register, and one on our subs...and she was slower than molasses it took her 35 minutes to make our 2 subs and a wrap (they were fairly easy subs also). There is absolutely no reason it should ever take that long to make 3 subs. Especially since they were ordered online and were not ready because no one was doing their job. Also concerning is the fact that you had a person making pizzas that legit spent 30 minutes in the bathroom...like if you gotta spend that much time in there should you be at work? Train your staff better and don't leave people there that are not equipped to do the job in a timely manner.

Friendly service, felt welcomed. The limited time blueberry coffee was pretty good (i love blueberries, but never ever thought it could go good in coffee). However I will say that I have never boughten a cup of coffee from any Caseys that didnt leak all over the gosh darn side. Their lids are infuriating.
