Parking was extra, tried to call desk 5x but they didn't answer, took about an hour to get extra towels, A/C did not work well.

My stay at this hotel from July 8th through the 29th was a disaster. The mattress in my room was uncomfortable and the air conditioner made loud noises, resulting in poor sleep quality. The room service was practically non-existent, with the room being cleaned sporadically and poorly. The staff denied my complaints and even resorted to gaslighting me. Despite promises of compensation and resolution, the issues were never addressed. The manager was unreachable and unresponsive. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I will not be returning. The rooms were rundown and filled with old furnishings.

The avocado toast for breakfast at Poindexter was the standout dish, perfect for those with a hearty appetite. It is best enjoyed when shared with someone special.

Wonderful location! Rebecca helped me load all my ragbrai camping gear and bike. She really went the extra mile. Loving it so far!

I loved the theme. The rooms were big, clean and sound proof. Just going to the lobby was a treat. The person at the front desk was a pleasure to meet. I only wished there were more microwaves.
