KFC has the best chicken of any fast food restaurant I've tried. I also love their crispy fries. However, they do not offer any vegetarian options. When you arrive at 5:30 pm or 5:30 am, the line wraps around the building, resulting in a very long wait. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Kfc:
The service was quite fast, and everything was at least warm. The biscuits were fluffy, but the eggs seemed a bit undercooked. The potatoes tasted slightly off, likely due to the sour cream mix, but they lacked texture. The staff was rather brusque and appeared annoyed with the number of customers. It was simply delivered by grubhub. the order was missing the eimer pepsi and gravy for the kartoffels. I only ordered from kfc for the eimer pepsi, my children, where so excited. now no pepsi or gravy. never order from this place again.
Went through drive thru, 20 minutes prior to closing, and the gentleman at the window went above and beyond. Didn't have an attitude, apologized for the wait due to the line, and gave us fresh food! I was a bit hesitant to order food so close to closing for quality reasons, but they did not disappoint! 5 stars for the whole team that worked the evening of 8/27/22! Oh, and those new mac and cheese bowls are a hit!
Food is good but the drive through wait times are ridiculously long, wait times up to 15 minutes at 11:30 in the morning not even lunch time rush yet!
Food was good, service just okay as we were short a set of silverware to eat with as we went through drive thru and took to park enjoy the weather.
Woman taking orders at drive thru very rude. Got my order wrong, blamed me for not speaking clearly , slammed the window shut, then gave me an order that was still incorrect. Won 't be back.
