Just had a great customer service experience at my local Publix thanks to Jess. Opened a checkout lane for me, reminded me of a buy 2 and get 1 deal and then went to get me my 3rd while I unloaded the cart. Publix has become as expensive as Whole Foods. I used to do all grocery shopping there. Now, I only go there for small and quick items I need. I shop at Walmart now. View all feedback.
