We were just a guest at Hotel Schmelz for 10 days and spent a great time there.All of them are very accommodating, the food was excellent every day and the service was very warm and attentive. Our room was very nice and we could use the balcony. The indoor swimming pool is super beautiful and also the hot tub we liked well. In addition to being able to play billiards we have also used very extensively)A special thanks to Luca for the great hospitality and the ladies of the room cleaning that have reacted very cordially to our small dogs and were very accommodating. We'll be happy to come back.

We were informed after 10 hours of arrival that the booked room cannot be provided to us because the booking portal did not forward the confirmation to the hotel. This is not possible in accordance with the procedural guidelines of this portal. The hotel has overbooked according to plan, which is probably not the case in times of pandemic. (worldwide) Food went to the house during the waiting period, of course, and the applied alternative, a sanatorium in the more than 20km away Bad Reichenhall, could be evaluated as the only plus points of the acting personnel, but do not constitute a eraser rubber. If I book a family room, I would also like to refer to a family room. That I accepted the alternative was alternative in this case, as we would otherwise have stayed in the car.
