Mcdonald's - Inwood

Conveniently their shake machine doesn't work in early mornings or late nights. I assume because they shut it down to clean before they actually close to get off quicker, and the morning shift doesn't bother getting it up and running. I've seen this at other McDonald's too, it's a bad habit and management should put a stop to it.

It tasted good and services was nice and fast the people who gave us our food had a smile and were very nice

This location is always packed, so it cannot be considered a fast food. Parking is not beneficial for board pickup, but with the app is highly recommended

The first time the app is ever used and it is used for the disadvantage. I won't use it again. Saw at least 13 cars and then stop counting, go through the ride as I waited on the parking lot. I even went to ask for the delay, and they apologized and was told I would get some coupons. It should not take more than 30 minutes to get to lunch when the ride was fine. Do not use the app again for the disadvantage.

Very poor service. Waited in dining area for 25 minutes after I paid for my food. Got a burger, fries, and a drink so no reason it should have taken that long.
