Pizza Hut - Inverness

During our visit our waitress was called Jillian. We were a party of 10. She kindly explained that she was the only waitress and asked for our patience. When we arrived, many tables were filled and the restaurant was busy. This young lady waited for every single table with a cheerful smile. She brought the drinks out as timely as she could, she checked all the tables to make sure they were satisfied with her meals, cleared tables and brought food out. She never complained about the situation in which she was, or rolled her eyes or argued with the other employees. She never seemed angry that we were there with such a big party. She has handled herself in the most professional way in a very difficult circumstance. The food of a child at our table lasted very long because it had to be attacked again. She came to the table and explained the delay. She wasn't responsible for the meal, and we didn't have to say anything. She apologized and introduced the properly cooked personal pan. I'd rather wait for a meal than with what's clearly unacceptable. When I watched her, I could say that she prioritised the needs of the customers and did not rush or worry. She was quiet and had handled the room. I didn't notice a table that complained. There were numerous tables that needed cleaning, indicating how busy the restaurant was before we arrived. In the midst of their chaos, she made every customer feel important. Jillian exemplary excellent customer service in a situation that would have ruined its day and customers. I'd be interested in the Pizza Hut team. In management and knowledge, how important customer service Jillian was a breath of fresh air. Please share my kudos well done on a job and include this letter in their personal files.

The city of Inverness had some rough times, but is one of the best pizza huts

Love her hand toss supreme and her hand toss veggies pizzas. Great service, friendly staff.

Chicken wings were very good. The first time in several visits. Filled crust pizza was also delicious. I also ordered a handmade cheese meatball pizza. It was better than in the past, but not great.

We’ve been going to this location for some time Every time we’re there, we are recognized and welcomed and remembered . Awesome I am writing this review for the last item. Remembered. The folks who work there take a lot of pride in their customers and their needs Thank you Pizza Hut. Keep up your great work
