My young daughter became quite cranky, and I had to leave with her to avoid causing a scene. We asked the staff to prioritize a kids' meal, but they seemed overwhelmed with all the customers. Having worked in a restaurant myself, I understand that things can get busy, but a 45-minute wait for food is simply unacceptable. I must say, RACV Banyalla handled similar situations much better. It seems the front desk staff could benefit from more training to improve service speed, or the restaurant might need to hire an additional chef to manage the order queue effectively for a smoother experience. The food was truly outstanding, but if we decide to return, we'll make sure to feed our little one first to better cope with the wait.
