Tesco Cafe - Inverclyde

Friendly helpful staff is nothing a problem I have everything I was looking for

Around 17:40 I had to take my 6 year old son out of the hour. he cried with pain in his ear. as expected, it is an ear infection, but the drops he needed unfortunately had no emergency care. panic starts like Sunday and the only apotheke that is opened is tesco (up to 6 o'clock,) so that we would go to tesco in the hope that we would do it. he was there at 18:01 and thanks the rod where still there. When I asked if I could get this recipe, the apotheker said they were closed. fortunately the man (unfortunately has not got his name) asked to serve if it was not necessary and I said yes, it is for my son that he is in much pain. as I said, from that nothing I started crying (just talking about how much pain he had put me down and that I could not help him). this man spoke again with the apotheker (I am so grateful that he) and they agreed to give me the recipe I needed for my son. I just want to say a great thank you, how I feel that you both went out tonight beyond your tasks, as I appreciate you where you were going to be closed and home. my son sleeps and seems to have picked up because he had some relief from his medicine. Thanks again. I think what we would have seen this evening without their help when normal paracetamol would not have helped at all. Thank you!

I recently started going to the Tesco café and I am loving the food, especially the coffee. I always enjoy my visits there because the staff is friendly.
