East West Spice - Inverclyde

I have consistently had issues with my meal deliveries not including gravy or curry sauce, despite ordering it. This has happened multiple times and I am fed up with it.

Ordered food from the fryer side of things, I received in reasonable time but the order was wrong. So called to someone who doesn 't understand customer service, after telling them what I wanted to resolve which was my original order and freshly cooked. About an hour later I receive my food and now the chips are hard, cold and made with cheap potatoes. The southern fried chicken suspiciously tastes like chicken pakora which was hard, tough, overcooked and barely edible. I have worked in take aways as a cook previous and the the food is being prepared way before driver arrives which reflects clearly in quality of food also. I want to support local business but this was honestly the worst meal I have had, fast food or not when you pay for food, you expect it to be edible this was not.

Been here and also ordered from here a few times now and haven't been disappointed. Kebabs are first class, proper chips and good size portions. So yes I would go back and I intend to keep using them. They give you a time it will be delivered and most times it's early so that's also a good point to this establishment. Keep it up!

This picture is ment to be a large spicey shish kebab!!! Nothing large At all About it wouldn 't even give it as a large kids meal !! £5.50 for 5 bits of lamb ! Will be telling everyone not go there ! Very disappointed !

Food is cooked to order and delicious. Staff always friendly and will explain the ingredients of curries especially how hot it could be!
