Charley Cat Chicken

The chicken was very crispy even after the drive home it held up great! Sauce was just spicy enough and the included sides of toast and pickles were very good. The Mac and cheese was lacking some cheesy-ness but was creamy, you might want to skip that depending on your personal preferences. Dipping sauce also on point I appreciate those compostable cups they used for them.

The Nashville chicken sandwich is really good. Chicken cooked to perfection, very flavourful spice, homemade sweet pickles (I think), good quality bun. In my opinion the coleslaw was a bit boring But overall a killer sandwich!

Me and a few friends love D-Spot in Oakdale, we have been looking for a good chicken place around Forest Lake. We are now in luck! We gave Charlie Cat a try today and were wonderfully surprised! We got the standard Nashville hot sandwich. It was not as spicy as some I have had but it had a perfect balance of spice and sweet from the pickles and coleslaw on top. I have now become a fan and will see you once a week! I highly recommend!
