Interlaken is really touristy so prepare yourself! This restaurant is under new management since Dec., 2016. It is run by a husband wife team (Daniel Jane) he's the chef and she's the waitress. We found it by chance not far from the Interlake train station right beside a big hotel. We didn't have reservations but Jane found us a table, even moved us to the nice window nook table because my brother couldn't fit his legs under the first table! She was very friendly and...
