We were a large group of Kenya and Tanzania The food is very delicious. I had the burger and my colleagues had the steak. Wine selection sufficient. What Bernard Roche doesn't like about Grand Café:
The food was very good. However, service was awful. The outside terrace was nearly empty and it took us over 30 minutes to get our meal (two chicken dishes). While the hotel does have the best view of Jungfrau, that will only get you so far. I'd hate to see what it would be like if they were very busy. View all feedback.
Came here for a mid morning coffee: good coffee and attentive staff.
Arrived there for a late lunch, around 13:30. Only small menu was available, despite that outside was presenting a nice long menu with a wide variety. We came for Fondue
We only had a few drinks and dessert, but the location and service were pretty good. The outdoor seating provides a front row view of the ice capped mountains and all the paragliders on their descent to landing in the park across the way
