We have reserved a dinner for two people on “Quando” platform. We got also confirmation via mail for the desired time. Reservation was done more than 24 hours in advance. We showed up to the restaurant, which is not even close to the city center...and the guy at the reception basically rejected us saying that there was a private event and he had not received any reservation request.
