What Anonym dislikes about Diamond Coast:
A lovely hotel with nice staff but the prices are crazy for basic items. A bowl of onion soup is €8, normal soup €7....mains around the €18 to €20+ mark for basic mains...nothing too fancy like. I find it hard to justify eating here and it was pretty empty at the lunch time period. View all feedback.

Very impressed with this place. The special mid week offers are great value for money, the food in the Coral restaurant is excellent

The place was empty. Felt like we were in the Shining. We somehow ended up with a Family Room that was bigger than my first house.

Very good hotel top class service

We went to Enniscrone for 4 nights before Christmas, which we spent in The Diamond Coast Hotel. We were more than surprised at our accommodation. It was everything we could have wished for and more. Fabulously spacious room, with the most comfortable beds. Decor in the room and in the hotel in general is beautiful. Everything is colour coordinated and luxurious, as can be seen from the photos I’ve posted. We ate in the hotel dining room on two of the evenings. It has a very good menu and food was cooked to perfection. Service was marvellous. Although it was quite busy, we weren’t left waiting for anything. Breakfast each morning was freshly cooked to order and there was an amazing amount of choices. There was also a wide range of cereals, fruit, yoghurts and juices for anyone who didn’t fancy cooked food. Beautiful bread choices also, so something for everyone. The dining room supervisor is Gosia. She is a lovely friendly, efficient lady, who is very knowledgeable of the area and gave us good tips for places to see. She would be any hotels dream employee. Being Christmas, the hotel was very nicely decorated and looked like great care and attention had gone into doing this. There was an area for a children’s Santa visit which was busy, despite the rain. There were very nice touches all around the hotel that really lifted our spirits and got us into Christmas mode. The beach in Enniscrone is stunning. There’s 5km of sand with the most amazing waves and scenery all around. Ballina is close by and has plenty to do in terms of shopping and eateries. Killala is a short drive away and it also has lots to offer, with plenty of shops and cafes. I would highly recommend The Diamond Coast Hotel to anyone looking for peace and quiet, in luxurious surroundings. It has it all. We are going back again in the Spring and I’m so looking forward to it already.
