We ordered takeout from here last night, and it was absolutely delicious. My partner had the steak pie with mashed potatoes and peas, while I had the carbonara. Both dishes were generous portions and delivered piping hot. We will definitely order from here again. Thank you! View all feedback.

Stayed on the hotel. Well greeted the room was clean and tidy. The decor fine if a little tired. The communal bathroom was reasonable size and clean, although oddly had a clothes rail in the corner. Noise from other guests was a little irritating, but not overly intrusive. For the price, I felt it was perfectly reasonable place to have a base. The bed was comfy a the room a good size. The rooms were just as described: clean, tidy, and with a cozy atmosphere. There was plenty of space, and the beds and linens were comfortable and spotless. We were a group of five friends participating in the local Mighty Deerstalker event, and the accommodation was ideal since our key allowed us to access our rooms separately from the pub entrance. My only minor disappointment was the noise from the pub below. Although we were on the top floor and had been told the pub closed at midnight (we stayed there for drinks until then), the loud music continued until after 2 AM. Aside from that, I would gladly stay here again due to the great price and location.

I received a genuinely warm welcome at this restaurant. Although sitting outside, I noticed some unpleasantness with people urinating nearby, which was quite off-putting. However, the staff was really nice, and I would consider returning because of their hospitality.
