This was a fantastic middle of the range place to eat. Super friendly, great Mexican food, and lovely comfortable atmosphere. Food: 4

Kids and adults all delighted... read more We decided to book Barbacoa for our last night in Trysil and we are SO glad we did. It is easily the best meal we’ve had all week. Kids and adults all delighted. The kids’ pork bites is a huge portion and so tasty. I ordered the short rib and it was cooked to a very high standard. My wife ordered the cauliflower tacos and a beef taco, and loved them both. Service was exceptional and friendly. Can’t recommend it highly enough in fact, we liked it so much we are writing this review while still at the table. Superb.
