All 47 showed, and we had plenty of leftovers, so I 'm having great lunches! Many compliments from the guests about the quality of the BBQ. My daughters initially were concerned that the plates/glasses/utensils from a BBQ joint would not be suitable for such a dinner. Not to worry! The plates were heavy, rigid, white plastic with scalloped edges, the glasses were heavy clear plastic tumblers, and the knives/forks/spoons were wrapped in individual napkins for place settings. The girls were pleased! Plenty of iced tea and lemonade. The tea was unsweetened, with sweetener packets for those who want sweet tea. Plenty of Knackies Bear-B-Cue sauce, both mild and hot. Mr. and Mrs. Knackstedt were very friendly, arrived on time, and got it nicely set up. I am very pleased with Knackies, and everybody loved the dinner. Thanks! Great taste and just enough heat to get your attention. We have won many contests using this in combination with another sauce as a glaze for our ribs and it is a very key ingredient in our smoked beans that almost everyone says is one of the best BBQ things they have ever eaten. We couldn't have those results without the Sweet Fire BBQ sauce. Great stuff and we can't thank you enough for making it available to us!! It has a fantastic flavor with just the right amount of heat to make an impact. We've won numerous contests using this sauce, combined with another, as a glaze for our ribs, and it’s also a crucial ingredient in our smoked beans, which many people say are some of the best BBQ dishes they’ve ever tasted.
