Our family stopped eating here while the campsite in the area. This is our second time to eat here, and we all agree that the caboose deserves five stars for service and food. This is such a good place to stop for a meal! The paninis are delicious and the man in the window was beautiful. Great place to eat and it looks so cool!

Good sandwich. Not huge, but just right size for us.
I've been coming to Inlet for years, and always wondered what a train caboose was doing in the town. I was intrigued to find out that it was a panini shop. Last summer, I decided to give the place a try for lunch. I ordered the saltimbocca panini with a side of chili, a bag of baked potato chips and a bottle of water. The panini was super flavorful with a crispy crust and the chili was awesome. This place is perfect for lunch, grabbing a meal for a road trip or boating trip, and if you are staying in Inlet you can order your meal to go and enjoy it at Arrowhead park with it stunning beach view. Next time I am in town, I'll come back to eat here.
