Where do I begin. A+ 100% from the first conversation I had with Rafael to the moment Maribel, our cook, arrived. Maribel arrived at the time the owner, Rafael ,said she would. She had to lift the grill up a curb. So I attempted to help. She gentle stopped me. She quickly informed me that she had it. It was her job(paraphrasing). I respected her immediately. She got to work. Set up EVERYTHING with ease. She respected and listed to my request. It was my beauty salon anniversary celebration. Therefore the public was around. We had wristbands, only those with wristbands should be served. She did just that. My son arrived, he went to get a couple tacos. He came back inside to me, mom, I need a wristband. Everyone laughed, I gave him one then introduced my son. She apologized, I immediately smiled and laughed then told her, no apology necessary. We gave her cake. She laughed and danced a little. She enjoyed us and we enjoyed and appreciated her. The food!!!! The display!!!! The presentation!!! Everyone came to me complimenting the food as if I prepared it . She cleaned up and gave us EVERY LEFTOVER food and drinks there were. I can 't speak enough about Maribel. I called and text Rafael several times. At no point did he make me feel as if I was a bother. This company will forever be my go too place for events. I had such a tiring day. It was wonderful that the food prep and cleanup wasn 't part of my agenda. I gladly ZELLED Rafael and tipped Maribel. Thank you!! Thank you!! You helped make my Salon 24th anniversary celebration EPIC!!

Where should I begin! They were ready even before the time we agreed upon. Everyone kept telling me that the food was delicious and very flavorful. For drinks we chose horchata with strawberries and cucumber water. It was so good!!! The set up was beautiful and tasteful. I strongly recommend El Comal de Mexico. I will be using them again!

Hiring Rafael for for our high school football team event for 220 people was such a great idea. Maribel and Ramon showed up on time. Went above and beyond to set up in a location that was perfect for us. The food was delicious and the set up was much nicer than your typical taco catering set up. They provide everything you need: Tacos, Rice Beans, Salsas, four different delicious drinks including horchata , plates, silverware, napkins. They kept the line moving quickly and cleaned up everything perfectly and packaged all the leftovers for us. Everyone commented how delicious the food and service was. Thanks, Rafael. Will definitely be calling you for our next event

We LOVE their tacos, quesadillas, horchata, churros, and elote! Their spread of salsas is amazing! We have referred these amazing guys to all of our friends whenever they ask for catering because the process is so simple, and they food is amazing!!! In the last year, we have booked their catering services twice and gone to 2 other parties that had them cater. Every time is so delicious! And, they leave the extra food with you. We had tacos for meal prep the following week!

Rafael's catering service was AMAZING!! Their set up was visually appealing and the food EVEN BETTER!! The quality of their ingredients was incredible and I loved that they offered elote and churros outside of the regular tacos and quesadillas. I will definitely be calling Rafael for our next family event!
