I had a terrible experience with the service at this restaurant. The barista named Kent, who was making my coffee this morning at 8 AM, was extremely rude. I recommend avoiding this place, as customer service clearly isn’t a priority for them. His tap machine was out of order, and when I asked to buy a different type of chocolate, he responded with an attitude, saying he was too busy to help. View all feedback.
Me and multiple of my colleagues have had extremely horrible customer service from i think her name is Jera, the lady whom wears the head scarf.
The Indian girl there Very rude.she told me we don’t do WesternUnion transfer here and I called WesternUnion they confirm that they can do It and he asked me to talk to her but she refused. I submitted complaint against them to WesternUnion and I’ll follow up.
Poor service these days. No wet wipes in truck fillup zone neither last night nor this evening. Also staff not completely trained how someone could miss velocity point for 500bucks and when asked to sort out then wait for morning for manager.
Slow. Toilets all out of order. Just a waste of time.
Good place to stop over for a break when you are going for a long drive.
