We realised it was sans sugar after we drove off . Bad customer service . Now we have had to stop by another Tim Horton to get a sugar and stir ! Wastes our time View all feedback.
What Kiel Conroy doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Came in for a short pit stop and drink. Service is really the name of the game here. There was no one in front of us, and it took way too long for one of the five or six people working to get to us. If we had ordered one of their specialty donuts, the review might have been different, because they look amazing. View all feedback.
By 1030. it took 25 minutes to get through the trip. when I came into the window, the staff had commanded her all, but it took forever to hand it over. she laughed all 3 times with the staff behind her. it opened the window (because they get the time card, the window closed, a because later it opened my card again, then again to pass the order) never recognized or spoken to me. I understand that the dinge are close to the employees, but with 15 plus cars in a drive through and not in the position to push them through is a problem. close the inside kitchen if they don't have any employees, don't let the people wait that long (there were also long lines inside the square). ps. coffee tastes every time we are there, sometimes it's good, others don't. coffee roulette!
On the way along the 401 I thought timmy’s was a break and a bite the bite was a donut that was the flagship of th. This time, it was a little bit lumpy. everything else was in order.
I thought of a late brunch and ordered the 2 for $5 deal re breakfast sandwich deal. wow this order was made fresh and had not been sitting at all in a food warmer tablet. the eggs were fluffy and soft instead of rubbery. if you get a sandwich that has been sitting in a warming tablet for a while. this was a first to get a freshly made breakfast sandwich

We stopped in Tim Hortons off the 401 in Ingersoll for coffee and muffins one morning in October. The drive-through is incredibly busy, and the restaurant was pretty full with locals meeting up and workers from the nearby factories.
