Located at the yacht harbour of Brunnen, a dinner on the terrace treats you to wonderful views! The food is excellent, the desserts creative, the wine list is (in my views strictly) very good and the whole experience won't set you back too much (for Swiss standards).

Part of the charm is the peace quiet overlooking the boats, but perhaps it was because we were there for a weekend lunch. The blue tablecloths, candles in lamps, slightly shabby chic atmosphere is charming. Added to that, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Food is the usual Swiss offering, though well prepared. The salad buffet is better than average. One of the few places directly lakefront with with well prepared typical Swiss food (don't expect creative Califonia cuisine in Switzerland), charming and peaceful, and professional staff. I almost hate to recommend this place because heaving crowds would spoil its charm!
