what a wonderful surprise I had when I had a night in a beautiful hotel in an old village between vignobles near the beautiful city Swabian hall. there it was: vegan menu on the menu. I couldn't expect it. first they served me a little vegan starter (they call it greetings from the kitchen that was meal: potato coconut soup with crispy carrots, savoy leaves filled with porcorino pelt and kernel.
