What life is doesn't like about Xi'an Kitchen:
Dear neighbors, I urge you not to visit this establishment! I requested a frozen drink, only to discover it was two months old. Thankfully, I did not consume it. When I tried to return it, there was no apology given. Instead, I was told to just drink it in place of a Coke because the ice cream had expired. Is this how a restaurant should be run?
