Coming in here,... read more So it 's important in any business (and more visible in a small business) that the owners and employees care about their products and services. Coming in here, I saw how the owner directly built relationships with folks who were there. I want to note that building an instant level of engagement with me as I walked through the door has to be exhausting. But the owner appeared inexhaustible. The people behind the counter are always working. Therefore she sold more than some real good coffee and sandwiches but sold me a bit of Industry community, and it felt like those community coffee joints that Starbucks had poorly emulated for years. Think the Beehive in South Side before it was sadly lost to time. It has an incredible vibe and atmosphere, makes me want to go back on the regular. My sandwich was real good, and my coffee was great. In reviews I saw expensive as some feedback and I 'd say it 's equivalent to Starbucks or any other independent coffee shop. I highly recommend it, and go so far to say it 's going to give my whole day a brighter outcome.
