Seriously, I was let down in front of my guests for suggesting Radisson Blu.Sorry to write taste was not up to mark and food quality was very poor. We found hair in onion salad bowl. Informed your Captain to give feedback to the Chef who must taste it to know the problem like in Veg. Raita there is no vegetables and curd is stale, Malai Kofta was pathetic (Extreme sweet), ordered butter tandoori roti and every time he severed plain tandoori roti. The service and interaction with the staff was a BIG TURN OFF last day. No Mouth freshener after lunch….ultimately, after having lunch this is really disappointing that they do not pay serious attention.I am attaching my food bill as proof.

After that for the main course, would any one believe that we found an insect in DAAL and no one was ready to apologise for that when complained. For RADDISON group, the whole experience was a blot.

The restaurant manager, Mr. Golu, and Mr. Mrigendra were also very helpful in ensuring a pleasant experience. The rest of the staff were also very welcoming, with Mr. Abdul and Ms. Ritwika serving us delicious snacks. We had a great time and would like to thank Mr. Mintu especially. We definitely plan to visit again. Thank you.
