We had visited Radisson Blu, on July 8th, 2017 with my guests. Seriously, I was let down in front of my guests for suggesting Radisson Blu.Sorry to write taste was not up to mark and food quality was very poor. We found hair in onion salad bowl. Informed your Captain to give feedback to the Chef who must taste it to know the problem like in Veg. Raita there is no vegetables and curd is stale, Malai Kofta was pathetic (Extreme sweet), ordered butter tandoori roti and every time he severed plain tandoori roti. The service and interaction with the staff was a BIG TURN OFF last day. No Mouth freshener after lunch….ultimately, after having lunch this is really disappointing that they do not pay serious attention.I am attaching my food bill as proof.
I had breakfast and dinner here on one day. Both were good, although dinner was by far the better experience, with a huge selection of pretty tasty dishes. A tip. Go for the buffet. It is the best value for money.
We were there with family for dinner. The staff started serving starters and after first serving they removed the plates . After that for the main course, would any one believe that we found an insect in DAAL and no one was ready to apologise for that when complained. For RADDISON group, the whole experience was a blot.
We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and the excellent service provided by Mr. Mintu and his team at the restaurant. The restaurant manager, Mr. Golu, and Mr. Mrigendra were also very helpful in ensuring a pleasant experience. The rest of the staff were also very welcoming, with Mr. Abdul and Ms. Ritwika serving us delicious snacks. We had a great time and would like to thank Mr. Mintu especially. We definitely plan to visit again. Thank you.
