I ended up having to call to inquire about the delay. Initially, I attempted to contact the restaurant directly but received no response. After reaching out to the supplier, I was informed that my order had been delayed. I was frustrated and expressed my disappointment to the supplier, who seemed unable to communicate in English. The only response I received was a simple apology before being hung up on. With such poor service, this establishment will surely struggle to stay in business.
